Floating Metal-Seated Ball Valve (API 608 / API 607) is a split-body, two-piece floating ball design with an end-entry bolted flange configuration. Engineered strictly to API 608 standards and fire-tested to API 607 compliance, this series provides critical safety features including fireproof protection, a blowout-proof stem, and anti-static continuity.

–High temperatures destroy non-metal seals; line pressure then forces the ball against the secondary metal seat lip to block internal leakage.
–Hard alloy sealing faces withstand extreme temperatures, resist high corrosion, prolong service life, and ensure 100% fire-safe security.

–High-pressure safety design prevents shaft ejection, while an upper back-seat sealing mechanism maximizes packing reliability.

–Standardized dimensions enable rapid, direct automation mounting for electric, pneumatic, or worm-gear actuators without brackets.

–Manual hand levers detach easily for tight spaces; optional locking hardware prevents unauthorized or accidental outdoor tampering.

–Engineered with an intrinsic anti-static mechanism, the valve creates a continuous electrical path from the ball to the body via the stem, preventing hazardous static electricity accumulation

–Parallel flat stems provide instant visual position indication. Optional V-port slotted balls are available for precise throttling.
